Quality, Oversight, and Accountability
Over the years, we’ve seen firsthand how shortcuts, lower-quality materials, and rushed installations lead to premature failures. Every roof we install is approached with the same attention to detail, whether it’s a residential replacement or a commercial roofing system. Our project managers are actively involved throughout the job, overseeing installation, jobsite safety, and quality control.
We take jobsite conditions seriously, protect surrounding property, and work hard to leave each site clean and orderly when the work is complete. Many of our roofing systems qualify for enhanced wind warranties, reflecting both material selection and installation standards.
Materials Chosen for Performance
Because we install a significant volume of roofing each year, we have a clear understanding of which materials perform best over time in the upper Midwest. We select products based on durability, manufacturer support, and long-term value - not simply bottom-dollar. On residential work, that means primarily Malarkey architectural shingles; on commercial projects, certified membrane systems from GenFlex and MuleHide.
When appropriate, we recommend impact-resistant and high-performance roofing options that may also qualify for insurance-related incentives, helping customers protect their investment while improving resilience.
